Overland Experience Package includes

  • Access to more than 140+ programs*:

    • Overland driving and riding techniques
    • Expedition skills-building and recovery courses
    • Exclusive use of the Land Rover Overland Skills Driving Course in your own vehicle, as many times as you wish
    • Hands-on training workshops at basic and advanced levels
    • Instructional classes about the latest technologies
    • Slideshow & film presentations from around the world
    • Travel tips and regional advice at the roundtables
    • Vehicle / Moto "show and tell" and Exhibitor demos
      *Class selection is first come, first served, so the earlier you register, the better chance you have of grabbing a spot in the premium classes!
       
  • Admittance to the vendor area for all your gear, vehicle, and camping equipment needs
     
  • Free on-site camping. NOTE: campsites will be limited, and are for motorcycles, tents, overland vehicles, and small overland trailers only. Please read ALL vehicle restrictions for the campground on our FAQ.
     
  • Parking for your vehicle and/or motorcycle (for those staying offsite).
  • Shuttle service to the amenities, restaurants, and activities on the Biltmore Estate.

  • Two Happy Hour tickets for pre-paid beverages; one for each Friday and Saturday evening
  • Banquet on Sunday afternoon

  • Complimentary attendee bag with materials and gifts
     

OVERLAND EXPERIENCE PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE, but is REQUIRED to attend:

  • Entrance to the Biltmore Estate
    • Adult: $46 +tax per person
    • Youth (ages 10-17): $23 +tax per person; age 9 and under are free
    • These are highly discounted rates for Overland Expo attendees, and valid for the length of stay on the Biltmore grounds. Purchase when you purchase your Overland Experience package. (You can bypass the entrance fee only if you have already purchased a Biltmore Annual Pass.)
    • Biltmore admission tickets grant access to the Estate and also includes a self-guided visit of the Biltmore House, Gardens, Winery, Farm Village and to all Estate facilities. General admission tickets are not valid for evening special events at the Biltmore.

 


 Register now through October 5, 2016, while available. Overland Experience packages are limited in number will likely sell out.


SINGLE REGISTRATION – $325 + BiltMORE Entrance

  • ONE ADULT plus one vehicle and/or one motorcycle. (Yes, you can bring both.)
  • Single registration is for one adult, taking the full suite of classes. 

  • You can add a non-class participant to any package for $50+ (see below)


DOUBLE REGISTRATION – $495 + BILTMORE ENTRANCE

  • TWO ADULTS plus one vehicle and/or two motorcycles. (Yes, you can bring both.)
  • Double registration is for two adults, each taking the full suite of classes. 

  • You can add a non-class participant to any package for $50+ (see below)


MILITARY DISCOUNT  

  • As a way to say thank you, Overland Expo offers a 20% discount on Overland Experience packages for active or recent (within 18 months) military service. Please send us a request to qualify. (Discount is applied to Overland Experience cost only, not Biltmore tickets.)


Additional ADULT (non-Class participant) – $50 + Biltmore Entrance fee

  • You can add a non-class participant to any package for $50, which includes: Weekend Pass level attendance (they will not receive a badge and cannot attend classes with you); banquet and happy hour tickets. 
  • Must accompany the purchase of either a SINGLE or DOUBLE Overland Experience registration.
  • Must arrive in the same vehicle.

bring your family with you

  • With any Overland Experience package or Weekend Pass purchase, kids 17 and under are FREE. 
  • Overland Expo does not charge extra for kids 17 and under, but there is a youth fee for Biltmore. Biltmore Annual Pass holders do not have to pay for kids 16 and under.

BILTMORE Entrance fee**

  • ADULTS: Biltmore Entrance Fee (discounted-$46 +tax=) + $49.22 (*required if you don't have an annual pass)
  • YOUTHS: Youths age 10-17 (discounted $23+tax=) +$24.61; age 9 and under are free. (*required if you don't have an annual pass)

  • **If you have a Biltmore Annual Pass, you can bypass paying for the additional Biltmore entrance fee. Please use this option only if you have an annual pass. If you do not pre-purchase your Biltmore tickets before arriving, you will be charged full price at the gate.

  • Class sign-ups are now in progress! Everyone who has already registered should have received instructions via email (if you have not, please check your junk folder). For those who sign up now, you will receive instructions automatically after registering. Please note: Class selection is first come, first served, so the earlier you register, the better chance you have of grabbing a spot in the premium classes!
