Steakhouse
Mormon Lake Lodge's casual western atmosphere is perfect for gathering with friends and family while savoring the area's best USDA Choice mesquite-grilled beef. As one of few operating Open-Pit Steakhouses in Arizona, the famed Steakhouse has been serving up savory open-pit mesquite grilled beef, chicken and fish entrees since 1924, along with generous portions of home-cooked accompaniments to satisfy your appetite.
Saloon
Step back in time in the 1880s style Saloon and enjoy the Western Territorial decor and your favorite refreshments. During the summer, kick up your heals and practice your two-step as you sing along with live entertainment on weekends.
Special Catering Grill
The Mormon Lake Lodge grill will have a satellite station in the Expo area, to serve up delicious barbeque and healthy, quick meals so you can grab food on the fly.
Overland Cafe
Charles and Jessica (of Kristofer’s Bistro in Amado) will be joining us to run a coffee, tea and quick-snacks cafe in the Exhibitor Arena.
Country Store and Gas Station
The Mormon Lake Lodge Country Store provides all your last-minute camping supplies, snacks, cold beverages, quick meals and more for your weekend. (It's surprisingly well-stocked: Jonathan was impressed to find Bass Ale). Gasoline, diesel and propane are also available for your convenience.
Hours:
Sunday- Thursday 8am - 6pm
Friday-Saturday 8am - 8pm
Flagstaff
This international Grand Canyon-gateway town boasts an astonishingly high number of fine restaurants for its size.
For first-class coffee and breakfast, don’t pass up a stop at Macy’s, 14 S. Beaver St., a Flagstaff institution. Their “world’s best waffle” really is.
Criollo Latin Kitchen, at 16 N. San Francisco St., creates outstanding dinners of an imaginative Latin fusion origin.
And Beaver Street Brewery (across from Macy’s) crafts a broad selection of hearty beer to go with the hearty lunch and dinner menus.
There are several other micro-breweries, and loads of steak houses, Spanish, Asian, Mexican, Italian, and much more. For a guide, see Trip Advisor.
