Refunds will be made according to the following schedule:

Overland Experience packages:

August 10, 2011 to March 31, 2012: full refund less any bank fees.

April 1, 2012 to April 30, 2012: package fee refund less 20 percent (unless replacement found; 5 percent handling fee will be deducted regardless). 

May 1, 2012 to May 20, 2012: no refund (unless replacement found; 5 percent handling fee will be deducted regardless). 

Day Pass (both online purchases and at-the-gate):

No refunds.
