Thursday, May 16, 2013 — noon: camping opens for main field; exhibitors set up

Friday, May 17, 2013 — 9 am to 5 pm exhibitor show, classes, Film Festival; 5 to 7, happy hour; 7+, Film Festival

Saturday, May 18, 2013 — 8 am to 5 pm exhibitor show, classes, Film Festival; 5 to 7, happy hour; 7+, Film Festival

Sunday, May 19, 2013: 10 - 3 pm exhibitor show, classes, Film Festival

Monday, May 20, 2013: departures . . . the adventures begin

There is a large on-site restaurant and bar, and there will be food and beverage booths (more on the venue, see our FAQ page)

Confirmed AGAIN for 2013: Land Rover is once again sponsoring an on-site overland driving course. The course will be staffed by a dozen of the top overland driving skills trainers in the world ~ custom-tailored skills instruction, open all day to Overland Experience registrants, use your own vehicle or use a provided test vehicle. Day Pass attendees may sign up for a test drive of a provided vehicle, with an instructor.

And RawHyde Adventures and BMW will once again take center stage at the Adventure Motorcycle Rodeo Arena, with a fantastic built course. They will also bring a fleet of BMWs for visitors to test ride on their riding course. (Note: bikes or Land Rovers are not loaners; for brief test drives only. There are no onsite bike or vehicle rentals.)

RETURNING EVEN BIGGER for 2013: Get ready to be blown away by our expanded 6-acre OVERLAND SKILLS AREAS, with driving and motorcycle riding, and hands-on instruction in a DYNAMIC FORMAT that will allow you to custom-tailor specific overland skills training: winching, ropework & lashing, recovery, specialty substrates, spotting, bush skills, and more. We give the Camel Trophy Overland Expo Training Team** a blank slate to design the ULTIMATE OVERLAND SKILLS TRAINING AREA, and they won't disappoint.

Overland Experience registrants will have unlimited access to the ongoing Teaching Stations at the OVERLAND SKILLS TRAINING AREA, with hands-on participation. Day pass attendees have limited access, with viewing and test-driving provided vehicles on a first-come basis.

Overlanding Driving Skills: On-site Driving Course built by Land Rover Experience & staffed by a dozen of the top overland driving skills trainers in the world.**

Enjoy custom-tailored skills instruction, open all day to Overland Experience registrants, use your own vehicle or test drive one (for use only on this driving area, not for other classes).

*Day Pass attendees may sign up for a test drive of a provided vehicle, with an instructor.

Adventure Motorcycle Skills: On-site Demo Course built & staffed by BMW & RawHyde Adventures in our Adventure Motorcycle Village on-site. Offering beginning & intermediate / advanced riding classes (the latter held off-site, in the field) and ongoing clinics for Overland Experience registrants ~ ride the the experts.

*Anyone can test-ride a BMW on our demo course (helmet, license required)(Note: rentals are not available; these are only test-rides)

Open to everyone (Day Passes and Overland Experience packages): Roundtables, Demos, Slideshows, Family Activities, Certifications (for additional fees)

Open to Overland Experience package ONLY: Classes, Riding Activities, Advanced Classes, Extended Seminars. [Remember Overland Experience package attendees also can attend all the above activities.]

List below subject to change.

Registrants who purchase their Overland Experience packages after February 13, 2013 will be able to start signing up for their classes beginning March 1.
