Kelsey HüberOVERLAND DRIVING INSTRUCTOR

Kelsey is an NPTC certified off-road driving, winching and vehicle prep instructor who has been training as an Overland Driving Instructor at Overland Expo since 2015.  Kelsey loves sharing practical real life information that gives people the skills and knowledge to tackle their own adventures (She particularly enjoys teaching women’s classes at Expo).

Growing up in Northern Arizona, Kelsey’s passion for overland travel began as a youth riding horses. She found horseback riding allowed her to go off the beaten path as well as the added ability to travel further than she could on foot. She could never shake her love of the outdoors and excitement to see new places and cultures which eventually led her to vehicle dependent adventures working for Overland Journal and as part of Expeditions 7. Later she spent several years mapping the most remote parts of the Western United States for the federal government via 4×4 and motorcycle.

Since 2018 Kelsey and her husband Tim have been traveling the world full time in their 1990 Maltec Toyota Land Cruiser “Dusty.” They have driven to the tip of South America and are now wandering their way through Europe and Africa documenting their travels on YouTube.
