Vehicle - Premium Weekend Pass With Camping - SOLD OUT
The Premium Vehicle Weekend Pass With Camping provides the below access for one (1) adult and one (1) vehicle including:
- Primitive, festival-style camping in Premium Campgrounds from Thursday – Monday morning for 1 vehicle (also allows for one small trailer up to 13 ft: off-road, teardrop, pop-up, motorcycle transport, etc.);
- Premium Weekend Pass for 1 adult (ages 15+) & 1 vehicle. Valid May 17-19, 2024 at Fort Tuthill in Flagstaff, AZ;
- Access to the exclusive hospitality lounge;
- Access to hundreds of overland-specific general admission classes, all demos, roundtables, films, and the exhibitor area;
- First drink FREE at nightly Happy Hours;
- Badge, Goody bag + Sourcebook Magazine.

VEHICLE - Weekend Pass with large campsite - $335
The Weekend Pass With Large Campsite Package provides the below access for one (1) adult and one (1) vehicle including:
- Primitive, festival-style camping in located at the front of Weekend Pass With Camping Campgrounds (directly behind the grandstands) Thursday – Monday morning for 1 vehicle; (also allows for one small trailer up to 13 ft.: off-road, teardrop, pop-up, motorcycle transport, etc.)
- Campsite will be 20×20 in size – Valid May 17-19, 2024 at Fort Tuthill in Flagstaff, AZ;
- General Admission Weekend Pass for 1 adult (ages 15+) & 1 vehicle. Valid May 17-19, 2024 at Fort Tuthill in Flagstaff, AZ
- Plus, access all general admission classes, demos, roundtables, films, and the exhibitor area;
- Passenger ticket sold separately ($265)
VEHICLE - GENERAL ADMISSION WEEKEND PASS WITH CAMPING - $235
The General Admission Weekend Pass With Vehicle Camping Package provides the below access for one (1) adult and one (1) vehicle including:
- Primitive, festival-style camping in the General Admission Campgrounds from THURS morning until MON morning for 1 vehicle (also allows for one small trailer up to 13 ft: off-road, teardrop, pop-up, motorcycle transport, etc.);
- General Admission Weekend Pass for 1 adult (ages 15+) & 1 vehicle. Valid May 17-19, 2024 at Fort Tuthill in Flagstaff, AZ;
- Access to hundreds of overland-specific general admission classes, all demos, roundtables, films, and the exhibitor area.
- Nightly happy hour events (drinks available for purchase)

MOTO CAMPING PACKAGES

MOTO - GENERAL ADMISSION WEEKEND PASS WITH CAMPING - $175
The General Admission Weekend Pass With Moto Camping Package provides the below access for one (1) adult and one (1) motorcycle including:
- Primitive, festival-style camping in the Motorcycle Campgrounds from Thursday – Monday morning for 1 motorcycle (sidecars allowed);
- General Admission Weekend Pass for 1 adult (ages 15+) & 1 moto. Valid May 17-19, 2024 at Fort Tuthill in Flagstaff, AZ;
- Access to hundreds of overland-specific general admission classes, all demos, roundtables, films, and the exhibitor area.
- Nightly happy hour events (drinks available for purchase)
- Passenger ($165) and Moto Party + Dinner ticket ($50) sold separately.
General Admission
All attendees ages 15 years and older must purchase a ticket. On-site parking passes are limited and must be purchased in advance for an additional fee. Park for free at Northern Arizona University and use our quick, easy and free shuttle system. No overnight parking. Additional fees apply. All general admission day pass tickets increase $3 on Monday, May 6, 2024.
FRIDAY DAY PASS - $27 / $30 starting May 6, 2024
The Friday Day Pass allows one (1) admission (Ages 15 years and older) to Overland Expo at Fort Tuthill County Park for Friday, May 17, 2024 and includes:
- Shop the exhibitor midway
- Enjoy 120+ general activities: all demos, roundtables, slideshows, and evening films
- Food and beverages available for purchase
- On-site parking passes are limited and must be purchased in advance for an additional fee.
- Park for free at Northern Arizona University and use our quick, easy and free shuttles.
- No camping or overnight parking is permitted
SATURDAY DAY PASS - $37 / $40 starting May 6, 2024
The Saturday Day Pass allows one (1) admission (Ages 15 years and older) to Overland Expo at Fort Tuthill County Park for Saturday, May 18, 2024 and includes:
- Shop the exhibitor midway
- Enjoy 120+ general activities: all demos, roundtables, slideshows, and evening films
- Food and beverages available for purchase
- On-site parking passes are limited and must be purchased in advance for an additional fee.

SUNDAY DAY PASS - $20 / $23 starting May 6, 2024

- Food and beverages available for purchase

Weekend Pass - $80 / $83 STARTING May 6, 2024
The Weekend Pass allows one (1) weekend admission (Ages 15 years and older) to Overland Expo at Fort Tuthill County Park Friday through Sunday, May 17, 18, and 19, 2024 and includes:
- Shop the exhibitor midway;
- Enjoy 120+ general activities: all demos, roundtables, slideshows, and evening films;
- Food and beverages available for purchase;
- On-site parking passes are limited and must be purchased in advance for an additional fee;
- Park for free at Northern Arizona University and use our quick, easy and free shuttles;
- No camping or overnight parking is permitted
