Emergency Comms – Radio: Midland MicroMobile Two-Way Radio and Antenna System

Whether it’s hitting the Imogene Pass, Mojave Road, or Rubicon Trail, reliable communication is key to building connection and staying safe.

Midland’s MXT575 MicroMobile® GMRS 50-Watt Two-Way Radio – MXT575 paired with the MicroMobile® Highland™ 3dB Gain Heavy-Duty Bull Bar Antenna System – MXAT05VP is the system that brings power to communication.

Boasting 50 Watts of power, the MXT575 is the most powerful GMRS two-way radio allowed by law. This in-vehicle radio features Midland’s Fully-Integrated Control Microphone. That puts all the controls right in the user’s fingertips, allowing them to hide away the radio and save dashboard space. Users can significantly expand the MXT575’s range with its repeater capability and designated repeater channels. The MT575 also brings life-saving alerts straight from the National Weather Service so users will have the most accurate information and can seek safety if severe weather or emergencies are headed their way. Compatible with all FRS and GMRS walkie talkies, this in-vehicle unit is great for tackling the trail and whatever comes with it like spotting and recoveries.

To fully maximize GMRS two-way radio range, install Midland’s MXAT05VP bull bar antenna. Coming in with 3 dB, this bull bar antenna casts a taller signal, making it ideal for performance in areas with a heavy-obstruction density like mountains, forests, and high deserts. It’s 28.5 inches in height and comes with a heavy-duty spring base for installation. With the spring base, this antenna takes on the toughest environments, bringing durability to every adventure.

With clear, reliable, and powerful communication, the MXT575 MicroMobile GMRS Two-Way Radio and MXAT05 Bull Bar Antenna don’t just help users keep in touch along their adventure, they bring a sense of safety when cell phone service is unreliable in the most off-grid locations.
