Overland Expo Mountain West is quickly approaching — with a little less than a month left to go before the event, it’s time to get hyped about the exhibitors, gear, friends and of course, happy hours and parties that make the event a can’t-miss occasion for the overlanding community.
From local eats to best-selling brews, we’ve got tons of delicious treats and refreshing beverages to sample as you explore the grounds. We are hosting more food trucks than ever before, which will be open during all public event hours — and there will even be some food trucks with extended service hours for those of you joining us to camp.

Happy Hour and Parties Galore
If you’re ready for fun after a full day of walking the Overland Expo Mountain West grounds, you’re in for a treat: Every night of the event, there are parties, happy hours, and gathering places to wind down after a long day. Every night of the event will have its own dedicated happy hour from 5-7 PM, hosted by our friends and exhibitors. Make sure to check them all out and spend time connecting and chilling with friends, new and old.
Thursday
Welcome Happy Hour! Sponsored by Overland Expo as our thanks to our sponsors, attendees, and exhibitors who all make this event so much fantastic, come to the first happy hour of the weekend to kick off the festivities, learning, deals, and fun.
Friday
Happy Hour with Bowen Customs. The theme for this happy hour is: Made in the USA. Bring red, white, and blue beads for you and your friends, break out your favorite American-themed shirts, costumes and decorations, and join us in some patriotic fun!
Saturday
Happy Hour with Kaymar. The theme for Saturday’s happy hour is: Aussie Night! Bring a stuffed kangaroo, a crocodile pool floatie, a tub of Vegemite… whatever Australian supplies you have to get the party started! (Pet koalas will need to be on a leash.)
Camping at Overland Expo Mountain West has plenty of perks — including attending exhibitor parties and happy hours. The after-hours parties, bonfires, and gatherings are where our community truly thrives, and where lifelong friends are made. If you’re an avid overlander, then you won’t want to miss out!
