Overland Expo Mtn West will have a whole new look later this summer. The Ranch in Loveland, Colorado has undergone an extensive transformation over the past year, and we can’t wait to welcome the Overland Expo community back to experience it firsthand.
Today, we’re offering a special preview of the updates, along with a few first looks at what’s taking shape before the gates open in August. The renderings provide an exciting glimpse, but nothing compares to seeing (and exploring) in person.
The renovations have been designed with both exhibitors and attendees in mind, creating a more seamless, comfortable, and engaging event experience from the moment you arrive. Expansive new green spaces, improved walkability, and thoughtfully designed gathering areas will make it easier than ever to connect with fellow travelers, attend educational sessions, or take a break to recharge before the next stop on your schedule.
One of the biggest changes is the complete regrading and leveling of the central event area, creating a more functional and versatile footprint for exhibitor displays, camping, demonstrations, and community spaces. The result is a venue that feels more open, more accessible, and better equipped to host the Overland Expo experience that attendees know and love.
While The Ranch has always been a fantastic home for Mountain West, these updates elevate the entire property to a new level. Whether you’re joining us to shop the latest gear, learn new skills, connect with the overland community, or camp on-site for the weekend, the enhanced layout will make every part of your experience even better.
