Get Cooking with ARB’s New Slide Kitchen

If you’ve been on an overland trip for any extended amount of time, there is a point where you’ll wish that you had a little extra room to prep meals, clean dishes, and have a set place for your kitchen gear.

Our friends at ARB 4×4 Accessories must have been feeling the same way, because they just released the Australian version of their brand new Slide Kitchen – a convenient and fully-contained kitchen that slides out of the back of your rig. We expect the US version to hit the markets soon and we’ll update you when it does.

The Slide Kitchen is designed to integrate with ARB drawer installations and features the same dimensions as ARB’s full height (RD/RDRF), mid-height (RFH) and low height (RF) dual cab drawer systems, allowing it to be paired with any of ARB’s roller, mid-height or full-height drawers.

The Slide Kitchen can be set up or packed up in 15 seconds. Simply pull the slam latch drawer handle and roll out the stainless steel bench. Once fully extended, the bench locks into place and to complete the full setup, lift the red locking tab to release the swing-away stove and sink.

The fully retractable over extension roller design provides complete clearance of the vehicle. Once the bench is fully extended and locked into place, it sits completely freestanding, without need for a support leg.

The ARB Slide Kitchen is only available in Australia at the moment, but we expect it in the US sometime in 2021. We’ll Update you when it hits our market. The Slide Kitchen retails for $2750 AUD.
