Pitch a Tent In Just 2 Seconds & Break It Down With The Press Of A Button

Camping gear has come a long way in the past decade, making it easier than ever to stay comfortable while getting outside for a long weekend or even an extended overland journey. Most of us recall the strife of assembling those clunky old ground tents that we camped in back in the day.

For those overlanders who haven’t transitioned to the rooftop tent, thankfully, today’s ground tents offer pretty slick assemblies, technology-driven fabrics, and are more convenient than ever to transport.

Decathlon, one of the world’s largest sporting goods retailers, has re-released its 2 Seconds EASY Tent. You can assemble it easily in two seconds by simply pulling a cord.

The original version was a bear to put away.  The new version has infused exclusive patented technology that remedies the disassembly portion. Just press a button to collapse the tent with ease and fold it to pack it away.

In addition to the quick setup and tear down, the EASY tent is waterproof, heat resistant and wind resistant up to 30 mph. The two-person tent also offers the company’s patented FRESH & BLACK outer fabric to create a cool and dark environment inside the tent even in broad daylight.

And the best part, it folds up neatly into a bag for storage and only weighs 10 pounds.
