The 2027 Ford Super Duty Carhartt Package marks a new collaboration between Ford Motor Company and Carhartt, bringing workwear-inspired design and functionality to the Super Duty lineup for the first time.

Set to launch in fall 2026, the Carhartt Package will be available on XLT Crew Cab single-rear-wheel 4×4 models, targeting buyers who want a truck that blends jobsite durability with everyday usability. Orders are scheduled to open May 8.

The package introduces a distinctive look anchored by a dark-painted grille, body-color bumpers, and textured Carhartt graphics placed along the lower doors and tailgate. These graphics aren’t purely cosmetic they’re designed to help protect high-wear areas from debris, mud, and jobsite conditions.

Unique 20-inch machined and painted wheels are paired with LT275/65R20E all-terrain tires, while Off-Road Running Boards add both function and durability. The design takes subtle inspiration from industrial textures found near Carhartt’s Detroit roots, tying the truck visually to the brand’s heritage.

Buyers can choose from six exterior colors, including Marsh Gray, Iconic Silver Metallic, Agate Black Metallic, Carbonized Gray Metallic, Oxford White, and the newly introduced Neptune Blue.

Function remains central to the package. A Tough Bed spray-in bedliner with a Carhartt logo reinforces the truck’s utility-focused design, ensuring the bed can handle tools, materials, and daily wear.

Additional features include LED roof marker and clearance lamps, LED reflector lamps, fog lamps, and a center high-mounted stop lamp.

Inside, the Carhartt influence is more tactile. Unique cloth seats feature stitching inspired by the brand’s signature Duck Canvas and triple-stitch construction, while embroidered logos appear on headrests and seatback pockets. The cabin also includes a wrapped steering wheel with accent stitching, Carhartt-inspired door panels, and durable all-weather floor mats modeled after the brand’s tool bags.

Compatible with the Premium Package and available alongside the FX4 Off-Road Package, the Carhartt edition expands customization options for buyers seeking both capability and identity in their truck. With its mix of practical upgrades and subtle design cues, the new package reflects a shared philosophy between Ford and Carhartt: gear that works as hard as the people who use it.
