Overland Expo Foundation Created to Protect Public Land and Defend Use of Overland Vehicles

Overland Expo has created a 501c3 non-profit called the Overland Expo Foundation. Through targeted giving, the Overland Expo Foundation hopes to empower organizations and individuals to protect public land, defend the use of overland vehicles and adventure motorcycles, as well as promote and fund trail restorations and cleanups.

Overland travel and outdoor exploration continue to grow in popularity. Overland Expo Foundation was established to ensure that overland travel remains accessible and sustainable for generations to come.

Applications are open to individuals as well as 501c3 organizations through the Overland Expo Foundation website. Applicants will need to provide a mission statement, goals, and details of the nature of the project and a dollar amount being requested.

The foundation will host raffles at each of the Overland Expo events. Exhibitors have the option to donate prizes and attendees will purchase raffle tickets online in advance or on-site at each event. The raffles will be held Friday evening at each Overland Expo event in the Overland Theatre. All proceeds of the raffle benefit the Overland Expo Foundation.
