If you aren’t familiar with Arctic Trucks, they’ve been cranking out cool trucks for some of the most rugged conditions on the planet since 1990. They have operations in Iceland, Norway, Finland, Poland, Sweden, UAE, and North America. One of their most famous builds was featured on Top Gear’s Polar Special in 2007. They also launched some amazing builds at Overland Expo West 2024, including AT35 and AT37 versions of the Lexus GX460, the AT39 Ford F-150 Lightning, and the massive AT44 Ford Super Duty.

The AT37 Package from Arctic Trucks

Given their penchant for modifying Toyotas, it was just a matter of time before they got to work on the Land Cruiser 250. The AT37 package applied to the newest LC makes some huge improvements to the suspension and stance of the rig. For starters, the stock suspension has been replaced with two-way adjustable coilovers in the front. In the back, even more work has to be done to fit the 37-inch BFGoodrich K03 tires the Arctic Truck’s team packed under the Cruiser. This requires some significant work to the frame and body, including relocating the rear axle and a 10-piece widebody kit.

Outside of these functional modifications, the AT37 also includes bolt-on mudflaps to match the added stance, rubberized side steps, and a new interior carpet. To wrap up the package, you’ll also find Arctic Trucks and AT37 batching throughout the Land Cruisers that get this fitment.

What truly sets Arctic Trucks lift packages apart from many other builds is their focus on the overall engineering versus just lifting the vehicle until it can fit. I had the opportunity to visit their Norway shop to see for myself and was blown away by how much engineering they do to fit these tires and suspension setups without breaking the modification rules of that country. Like many nations where they operate, Norway has strict regulations on vehicle modifications, so their approach pairs the capability of larger tires and suspension travel upgrades without a far departure from the stock stance. Now that they are gaining popularity in the US market, the possibilities of their ingenuity seem endless.
