Driving the Pan-American Highway: What Do You Really Need?

Overland travelers Candice and Jordan of @Beoldlater fame recorded a session for Virtual Overland Expo Summer walking around their Mitsubishi Delica van while explaining some of the key tips and advice that they have amassed after traveling from Vancouver, B.C., Canada, north to Tuktoyaktuk, NWT, then all the way south to Ushuaia, Argentina.

In “Driving the Pan-American Highway: What Do You Really Need?” Candice and Jordan address security, hygiene, finances and more skills that you will need to take off on your next adventure.

Candice and Jordan of Beoldlater

Candice is the life of the party, a professional artist, a nature lover and an avid volunteer who sees the true importance of giving back. During her travels, she enjoys painting murals and teaching kids how to draw. Jordan is a YouTube-taught van builder. When not exploring the world by vehicle or on foot, he works as a Visual Effects Compositor for films. Over the last fifteen years, he’s developed a love for shooting photos instead of just editing them. They both enjoy telling the stories that inspired them to click the shutter in the first place. To them, “be old later” means living life to the fullest here and now, and never letting your age hold you back from doing the things that excite you.
