Eating, drinking and being merry are easy to do at Overland Expo West. With plentiful options to choose from, including over twenty unique food trucks, special events across the event and even in-booth parties, you’ll be sure to find fun wherever you roam.
This year, Overland Expo West will have four areas to eat, drink and explore: the Oasis Sponsored by XPLOR, the Ramada, the West Lot and the Quad. The areas are placed strategically around the venue grounds, so you’ll never be far from a tasty treat or refreshing beverage. We are hosting more food trucks than ever before, which will be open during all public event hours — and there will even be some food trucks with extended service hours, for those of you joining us to camp.
Eat Like a Local
Along with its expansive opportunities for outdoor adventure and small-town charm, Flagstaff also is home to delicious and unique food trucks. These local favorites will be onsite at Overland Expo West for the weekend. Here are a few of our top picks:
- 3’s in the Trees: southwest inspired sandwiches, tacos, and awesome seasoned fries and tots
- Single Speed Coffee Lab: espresso drinks, breakfast burritos, delicious cold brew, and more
- Square Root Burger: burgers, veggie burgers that even meat-eaters will love, and breakfast burritos
- Stanzi’s Food Truck: healthy bowls, breakfast sandwiches, tacos, and burritos with vegan options
- Wil’s Grill: Arizona-style BBQ, sandwiches, and the best tangy coleslaw you’ve ever tasted
Global Flavors
Across the Overland Expo West venue grounds, there are international flavors to be explored and enjoyed. Here’s a glimpse of the diverse food trucks that will pair nicely with your desire for international adventure and exploration:
- Southern Soul: Gulf Coast style southern comfort food with a cajun flair
- Ni De Aqui Ni De Alla: awesome street tacos, quesadillas, and breakfast burritos to fuel your adventure
- Safari Samosas: awesome authentic African samosas. You will definitely want to try them all
- Island Noodles: Hawaii-inspired soba noodles
- Polar Bros: Nitro ice cream to turn down the heat in the variety of incredible and inventive flavors
Happy Hour and Parties
Happy hour is a great way to wind down after a full day — and there’s no better place to connect and chill than Overland Expo West. Every night of the event will have its own dedicated happy hour from 5-7 PM, hosted by our friends and exhibitors. Make sure to check them all out and spend time connecting with friends, new and old.

Camping at Overland Expo West has plenty of perks — including attending exhibitor parties and happy hours. You can find hot chocolate and s’mores, plenty of drinks, and everything in-between. Parties don’t just come with tasty treats — they’re also a great way to connect with other attendees and the overlanding community.

If you’re a motorcyclist, check out the Rider Justice Moto Party, held in the ADV Skills Area. Your ticket includes a catered dinner, drinks, live music, and awesome moto raffle prizes. The Rider Justice Moto Party sells out at every event, so don’t forget to get your add-on ticket to take part in the fun.
