VEHICLE CAMPING PACKAGES
Limited quantities available. Available for purchase online only. Passenger passes sold separately. All attendees ages 15 years and older must purchase a ticket. Additional fees apply.
The Vehicle Overland Experience Pass provides the below access for one (1) adult and one (1) vehicle including:
- Primitive, festival-style camping in the Premium Campgrounds Thursday – Monday morning for 1 vehicle; (also allows for one small trailer up to 13 ft.: off-road, teardrop, pop-up, motorcycle transport, etc.)
- Overland Experience Exclusive Education weekend pass for 1 adult (ages 15+) & 1 vehicle. Valid May 19-21, 2023 at Fort Tuthill in Flagstaff, AZ;
- Access up to 6 classes of tailored instruction on our custom off-road driving skills courses—bring your own vehicle;
- Access to curated education schedule exclusive to Overland Experience;
- Plus, access all general admission classes, demos, roundtables, films, and the exhibitor area;
- Access to the exclusive hospitality lounge;
- First drink FREE at nightly Happy Hours;
- Badge, Goody bag + Sourcebook Magazine.

- General Admission Weekend Pass for 1 adult (ages 15+) & 1 vehicle. Valid May 19-21, 2023 at Fort Tuthill in Flagstaff, AZ;
- Access to hundreds of overland-specific general admission classes, all demos, roundtables, films, and the exhibitor area.
- Nightly happy hour events (drinks available for purchase)

MOTO CAMPING PACKAGES
Limited quantities available. Available for purchase online only. Passenger passes sold separately. All attendees ages 15 years and older must purchase a ticket. Additional fees apply.
The General Admission Weekend Pass With Moto Camping Package provides the below access for one (1) adult and one (1) motorcycle including:
- Primitive, festival-style camping in the Motorcycle Campgrounds from Thursday – Monday morning for 1 motorcycle (sidecars allowed);
- General Admission Weekend Pass for 1 adult (ages 15+) & 1 moto. Valid May 19-21, 2023 at Fort Tuthill in Flagstaff, AZ;
- Access to hundreds of overland-specific general admission classes, all demos, roundtables, films, and the exhibitor area.
- Nightly happy hour events (drinks available for purchase)
- Passenger ($160) and moto party ticket ($50) sold separately.
General Admission
All attendees ages 15 years and older must purchase a ticket. On-site parking passes are limited and must be purchased in advance for an additional fee. Park for free at Northern Arizona University and use our quick, easy and free shuttle system. No overnight parking. Additional fees apply. All general admission day pass tickets increase $3 on Monday, May 15, 2023.
The Friday Day Pass allows one (1) admission (Ages 15 years and older) to Overland Expo at Fort Tuthill County Park for Friday, May 19, 2023 and includes:
- Shop the exhibitor midway
- Enjoy 120+ general activities: all demos, roundtables, slideshows, and evening films
- Food and beverages available for purchase
- On-site parking passes are limited and must be purchased in advance for an additional fee.
- Park for free at Northern Arizona University and use our quick, easy and free shuttles.
- No camping or overnight parking is permitted
The Saturday Day Pass allows one (1) admission (Ages 15 years and older) to Overland Expo at Fort Tuthill County Park for Saturday, May 20, 2023 and includes:
- Shop the exhibitor midway
- Enjoy 120+ general activities: all demos, roundtables, slideshows, and evening films
- Food and beverages available for purchase
- On-site parking passes are limited and must be purchased in advance for an additional fee.
- Park for free at Northern Arizona University and use our quick, easy and free shuttles.

The Sunday Day Pass allows one (1) admission (Ages 15 years and older) to Overland Expo at Fort Tuthill County Park for Sunday, May 21, 2023 and includes:

- Food and beverages available for purchase

The Weekend Pass allows one (1) weekend admission (Ages 15 years and older) to Overland Expo at Fort Tuthill County Park Friday through Sunday, May 19, 20, and 21, 2023 and includes:

- Enjoy 120+ general activities: all demos, roundtables, slideshows, and evening films;
- Food and beverages available for purchase;
- On-site parking passes are limited and must be purchased in advance for an additional fee;
- Park for free at Northern Arizona University and use our quick, easy and free shuttles;

MILITARY DISCOUNT
If you are active military, a veteran or retiree, you may qualify for a discount on any pass purchase. The Overland Experience pass is excluded from this discount.
If you are active military, a veteran or retiree, you may qualify for a 20% discount on any pass purchase other than Overland Experience.
