VEHICLE CAMPING PACKAGES
Limited quantities available. Available for purchase online only. Passenger passes sold separately. All attendees ages 15 years and older must purchase a ticket. Additional fees apply.
The Premium Weekend Pass With Vehicle Camping Package provides the below access for one (1) adult and one (1) vehicle including:
- Primitive, festival-style camping in Premium Campgrounds located close to the Oasis Bar & Food Court (not Forest Camping) from Thursday – Monday morning for 1 vehicle (also allows for one small trailer up to 13 ft: off-road, teardrop, pop-up, motorcycle transport, etc.);
- Premium Weekend Pass for 1 adult (ages 15+) & 1 vehicle. Valid October 4-6, 2024 at Oak Ridge Estate in Arrington, VA;
- This premium camping location is adjacent to the Oasis Bar & Food Court (not Forest Camping)
- Access to hundreds of overland-specific general admission classes, all demos, roundtables, films, and the exhibitor area;
- Access to the exclusive hospitality lounge;
- First drink FREE at nightly Happy Hours;
- Badge, Goody bag + Sourcebook Magazine.

- Weekend Pass for 1 adult (ages 15+) & 1 vehicle. Valid October 4-6, 2024 at Oak Ridge Estate in Arrington, VA;

MOTO CAMPING PACKAGES
Limited quantities available. Available for purchase online only. Passenger passes sold separately. All attendees ages 15 years and older must purchase a ticket. Additional fees apply.
The General Admission Weekend Pass With Moto Camping Package provides the below access for one (1) adult and one (1) motorcycle including:
- Primitive, festival-style camping in the Motorcycle Campgrounds from Thursday – Monday morning for 1 motorcycle (sidecars allowed);
- General Admission Weekend Pass for 1 adult (ages 15+) & 1 moto. Valid October 4-6, 2024 at Oak Ridge Estate in Arrington, VA;
- Access to hundreds of overland-specific general admission classes, all demos, roundtables, films, and the exhibitor area.
- Nightly happy hour events (drinks available for purchase)
- Passenger ($140) and Moto Party + Dinner ticket ($50) sold separately
General Admission
All attendees ages 15 years and older must purchase a ticket. Parking is $10/day and sold separately. No overnight parking. Additional fees apply. All general admission day pass tickets increase $3 on Monday, Sep. 23, 2024.
The Friday Day Pass allows one (1) admission (Ages 15 years and older) to Overland Expo at Oak Ridge Estate for Friday, October 4, 2024 and includes:
- Shop the exhibitor midway
- Enjoy 120+ general activities: all demos, roundtables, slideshows, and evening films
- Food and beverages available for purchase
- No camping or overnight parking is permitted
- Parking sold separately ($10/car/day)
The Saturday Day Pass allows one (1) admission (Ages 15 years and older) to Overland Expo at Oak Ridge Estate for Saturday, October 5, 2024 and includes:
- Shop the exhibitor midway
- Enjoy 120+ general activities: all demos, roundtables, slideshows, and evening films
- Food and beverages available for purchase
- No camping or overnight parking is permitted
- Parking sold separately ($10/car/day)
The Sunday Day Pass allows one (1) admission (Ages 15 years and older) to Overland Expo at Oak Ridge Estate for Sunday, October 6, 2024 and includes:
- Shop the exhibitor midway
- Enjoy 120+ general activities: all demos, roundtables, slideshows, and evening films
- Food and beverages available for purchase
- No camping or overnight parking is permitted
- Parking sold separately ($10/car/day)
The Weekend Pass allows one (1) weekend admission (Ages 15 years and older) to Overland Expo at Oak Ridge Estate Friday through Sunday, October 4-6, 2024 and includes:
- Shop the exhibitor midway;

Military Discount
If you are active military, a veteran or retiree, you may qualify for a discount on any pass purchase. The Overland Experience pass is excluded from this discount.

- You will also be required to present a valid form of ID showing military status.
