Eva Rupert

Adventure Motorcylclist//Master Mixologist

You might know her from her time on The Discovery Channel or maybe she has passed you somewhere in the Southwest backcountry on her BMW F800GS, in both cases she was having more fun than you. That’s because Eva Rupert, Food and Beverage Director for Overland Expo is normally the center of all things fun.

Eva is an adventure motorcyclist and caffeine aficionado with a skill-set ranging from long-term wilderness survival to high-end mixology. With decades of backcountry adventure travel under her belt, Eva believes that even the most rugged adventure is an opportunity to get gourmet, stay safe, and keep it classy in the backcountry.

Eva will be teaching three tasty classes at Overland Expo 2019 East: Off-Road Mixology— learn the art of making amazing cocktails to end a great day of adventure, Backcountry Caffeination— fuel your journey with unique coffee brewing tips and techniques, and Gas Station Gourmet— make some amazing dishes from random ingredients found at off-piste fueling stations. Each course will provide a unique demonstration of Eva’s skills as well as healthy portions of…you guessed it, FUN!
