Every day at Overland Expo is jam-packed, and we don’t just mean regular business hours! After the exhibitors pack up for the day and the classes wind down, there’s still plenty to do with happy hours, booth parties, giveaways, and much more to see and do at Overland Expo Mountain West.
Evening Events at Overland Expo Mountain West
For starters, be sure to stop by the Toyo Tires Oasis Bar and Food Court to grab a drink during Happy Hour. The Thursday night welcome is sponsored by Patriot Campers, Friday night is brought to you by the fine folks at MAXXIS Tires, and we’ll wrap up the weekend with Saturday’s Happy Hour sponsored by Kaymar.
The Happy Hours are just the tip of the iceberg. The evening hours are jam-packed, and here’s a quick overview of what you can look forward to!
Friday
A legendary event amongst the Overland Expo community, the Rider Justice Moto Party, is going down Friday night at 7 PM. Not only is it a great time, but you can also win some awesome prizes! Be sure to add this to your tickets for the event.
Across the event grounds, Toyota is kicking off their in-booth party at 7 PM, and Torque Wheels also has a party happening at the same time. No need to fret, though, if you don’t want to choose just one; you can swing both since they both wrap up at 9 PM.
Saturday
Saturday is a full day at Overland Expo, but don’t turn in early, or you’ll miss out on some awesome times! For starters, the second ever Women Who Wander Fireside Chat is happening at 5-7 PM. This is a great opportunity to network and learn from legendary overlanders, including Patty Upton, Connie Rodman, Azure Oneil, and more.
After we wrap up Happy Hour, brought to you by Kaymar at the Toyo Tires Oasis Bar and Food Court, the Overland Expo Foundation Charity Raffle kicks off at 7 PM. This is your chance to support an excellent cause that works to clean up trails, increase access, and work with wonderful charity groups. Last but not least, Rhino Rack is kicking off their booth party from 7-9 PM.
If you haven’t picked up your tickets yet, there’s still time, but don’t delay!
