If you’re a Jeep fan (or even if you’re not) Jeep’s concepts for Easter Jeep Safari are legendary (remember the Gladiator Wayout or the Sandstorm?), so when we saw this render floating around the web this week we immediately dropped what we were doing to take a closer look.
As it turns out this was a design rendering by Samir Sadhikov, whose digital portfolio will leave you breathless, including his Land Rover Defender van concept, – but that’s a story for another article.
The rig is named the Jeep Vangler. Get it? Van-gler? Wran-gler? You get it. Anyway, this digital dream vehicle is the perfect combination of Jeep Wrangler and Adventure Van.
I immediately wondered how quickly FCA could begin producing these rigs. They definitely tick all of the boxes for the adventure-minded overlander. And I for one this they would sell like crazy in the current overland market.

The rendering shows seating room for six or more people or better yet, I imagined a seat delete and tons of storage capability, indoor living space, a bed, a pop-up roof, and a kitchen galley. This is the type of van you could spend years living in all around the world.
The render below shows some tube-style doors that would allow your entire family to experience the thrills of the trail from an open-air beast of an offroader.
If it were actually built on the Wrangler platform, you know it would be an ultra-capable offroad beast. It appears to have a long wheelbase, like the Gladiator, which would maximize your weight allowance while making the vehicle a joy to drive on your way to the trails.
We think Jeep should take a page from the Sprinter and Transit books and turn this Vangler dream into reality.
