Power Distribution & Control: Switch-Pros SP9100 Switch Panel Power System

The Switch-Pros SP9100 is a fully programmable and customizable solid state power distribution system. The SP9100 has the ability to flow 125 amps continuously. It is comprised of eight individual switches: four with a max 20 amp capacity and four with a max 35 amp capacity.  Each circuit functions independently, and, in lieu of relays and fuses, the system uses self-resetting automotive MOSFETS. This means that should you experience a short, over-current, or over-temperature condition, the specific circuit will shut down and automatically begin attempting to reset and become functional.

The Switch-Pros  SP9100 is an all-solid state design that is waterproof and resistant to elements, with an IP67 rating.  It is the perfect solution for powering all sorts of on-board accessories. The kit includes everything necessary for installation, including the switch panel, power module, output harness, communications cable, fused battery cable, 125 polycarbonate legends, mounting plate, installation hardware, and installation guide.

Each switch panel comes blank, allowing the user to affix legends for their specific accessories.  This is key, since no two rigs are set up exactly the same way.  Switch-Pro even offers brand-specific legends (sold separately) for some of the prominent lighting and accessory companies in the overland industry.  The power module has a 3”x6” footprint, making it easy to find an appropriate mounting location under the hood.  The harness and cables are made from high-quality connectors and wire, and all have appropriate wire gauge and length specifications for the amperage loads of each circuit.  The Installation Guide is comprehensive, and there is a Tech Support line for installers, should they need help along the way.

In addition to high-quality components, the SP9100 offers significant programming capabilities.  Making your light bar flash or strobe is as simple as opening the FREE app and selecting the circuit and the desired flash pattern.  If you want certain circuits to remain active when the vehicle ignition is off, it’s as easy as selecting those circuits and the Battery Input option.  Having a grouping of accessories power on and off together, without hitting each switch individually can be set by establishing a Master Switch, which will power the grouping with one press of the switch.  The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.

Whether you need power for lighting, lockers, or on-board air, this Made in America system is up to the challenge of powering all of your aftermarket accessories.
