REDARC Electronics has introduced the REDWorks Scout25 Power Panel, a compact, pre-wired solution designed to simplify dual battery systems for off-grid and overland applications.
Built around REDARC’s BCDC Core25 charger and integrated Smart Battery Monitor, the Scout25 consolidates essential power components into a single, ready-to-install unit. This all-in-one design reduces installation complexity while delivering reliable, consistent performance. The system provides up to 25A of charging from both DC and solar inputs, supported by an integrated MPPT solar regulator. REDARC’s Green Power Priority® technology enables simultaneous charging while prioritizing solar input to reduce load on the vehicle’s alternator.
Designed for versatility, the Scout25 supports all common automotive battery types, including lithium (LiFePO₄), and includes LED indicators for clear charge status and fault detection. Real-time monitoring is delivered through a Bluetooth-enabled interface, allowing users to track state of charge, time remaining, and system performance directly from a mobile device by providing a clear “fuel gauge” for onboard power.
The system also features easy-access Anderson™ connections, enabling quick, tool-free integration of accessories such as fridges, lighting, and portable solar panels. A 50A Anderson output supports higher-draw devices, expanding capability without added complexity.
With a footprint roughly the size of an A4 sheet and a fully pre-wired design, the Scout25 is engineered for compact installations while maintaining high performance.
