Warn Industries Acquires Fab Fours

Warn Industries has been busy adding premium brands to its portfolio of innovative products. In the past year or so Warn acquired suspension and lift kit manufacturer Fabtech and closed-system winching and recovery product maker Factor 55.

Just this week, Warn announced the acquisition of substantially all of the business and assets of Fab Fours, Inc., a leading manufacturer of fabricated mounting solutions for trucks and jeeps including bumpers, bed racks, fenders, and roof racks.
