AMANDA DEVORECONTENT MARKETING MANAGER

As of May 2021, Amanda is a new member of the Lodestone Events team. She has spent the last 10 years traveling the US and Canada as a sports reporter, covering a variety of teams and leagues. Visiting so many new cities (both warm and cold) inspired her to explore new hiking trails, mountains to ski, and fun spots to camp. While she still very much enjoys team sports, she is thrilled to turn her passion for the outdoors into a full time endeavor. After making stops in Florida, New York and California, Amanda and her husband live in Southern Connecticut with the boss of their household, their Golden Retriever, Remy. A few notable trips for her include hiking the Grand Tetons, learning to surf in Santa Cruz, hiking in Yosemite, Skiing Mammoth Mountain, camping in Tahoe, and hiking rainforests in Costa Rica. When she isn’t hiking or traveling, she spends her time planning more trips, facetiming her nephew, designing a dream cabin in the woods, and of course, cuddling with Remy.
