If my credentials are approved, I understand that I:
1. Will be able to attend Overland Expo for free* to audit classes and programs. [*Note: Direct participation in the premium / advanced driving and recovery classes is reserved for paying students due to the shortage of space in premium classes; you may work with event management to organize participation in / access to premium classes if approved.]
2. WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE AND GENERAL LIABILITY HOLD HARMLESS WAIVER IN ORDER TO ENTER THE EVENT.
3. Will not fly a drone at any time on the event premises. Drone use is prohibited at every Overland Expo facility.
4. Will receive one set of credentials and the above amenities per application; please contact us if you would like to add a partner/spouse who is not working media for an additional nominal fee. Do not under any circumstances try to sneak in a spouse/partner/friend as "my assistant."
5. Will provide Overland Expo management with links to / copies of all media published after the show.
6. May not receive media credentials in the future if management does not receive proof of published material within a reasonable time period.
7. Agree to receive email announcements from Overland Expo and its parent company, Emerald X, LLC.; you can unsubscribe anytime.
8. Can dry camp on-site for free. We do not allow big RVs (including large trailers and toy haulers) and Class-A motorhomes are not permitted on-site. See www.overlandexpo.com/faq for more information.
9. Will receive an attendee bag, and happy hour drinks tickets.
