By submitting this form, I understand that:
1. Space is limited, and a panel of judges will choose the final selection of Showcase & DIY Vehicle / Motorcycles from the applications submitted.
2. If chosen, I agree to present a 50-min "show and tell" about my vehicle / motorcycle during an assigned, scheduled time during Overland Expo.
3. If chosen, I will receive one free Weekend Pass with Camping for myself and one for my passenger. I will be required to purchase a Weekend Pass with Camping for each additional person attending with the vehicle.
4. For Vehicles: If chosen, I agree to camp in the Showcase & DIY Vehicle area and must check-in between 10 am and 3 pm on Thursday and I cannot leave before a member of the Overland Expo staff has given me the "all clear" to leave on Sunday afternoon (this should be around 3:30pm - we must make sure the venue is clear of attendees before show vehicles begin to move about). (I may camp on site until Monday morning.)
For Motorcycles: If chosen, I have the choice to camp in the Showcase & DIY Vehicle area or designated Motorcycle Camping.
5. The Showcase and DIY Vehicle area is not in or near the Exhibitor Area; if you would like exhibitor-area-level traffic you need to purchase a booth.
6. I may not sell product, I may not represent product that is for sale, including handing out brochures. Violation of this rule will result in being asked to leave the show, with no refund.
7. Agree to receive email announcements from Overland Expo; you can unsubscribe anytime.
8. Showcase & DIY Participant grants permission to Emerald X/Overland Expo and its agents and employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce, post, and host the photographs and/or video images provided by Showcase & DIY Participant for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium. Showcase & DIY Participant hereby release Emerald X and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images or video. Furthermore, Showcase & DIY Participant grants permission to use their statements that were given during an interview, testimonial or guest appearance, with or without their name, for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction.
