- International attendees came all the way from Australia, Chile, Great Britain, Japan, New Zealand, Netherlands and Canada!
Event Highlights
- A Big Weekend in Loveland. Four of five 2025 events are now in the books! Mountain West welcomed thousands of attendees to The Ranch for three days of community, rigs, gear, and over 300 hours of education—with travelers representing 49 states and 9 countries.
- Unforgettable Evenings & Community Gatherings. From the Avantlink Welcome Happy Hour and Bowen Customs’ Made in the USA party to Toyota Game Night with celebrity guest Jamie Little, evenings were packed with energy. Rider Justice’s Moto Party brought adventure riders together with food, drinks, live music, and raffles, while Kaymar’s Aussie Night Happy Hour kept the good vibes flowing. Camp Subaru LIVE! added live music and refreshments, and Women Who Wander hosted fireside networking with Chloe Kuo.
- Giving Back: Raffle & Pet Adoptions. The Overland Expo Foundation Charity Raffle raised a recording breaking $17,000 for this specific event, supporting conservation, trail access, and education. During the daytime, Subaru found welcoming homes for dogs and cats needing to be be rehoused.
- Education at the Core. With over 300 classes, demos, and workshops, attendees leveled up their knowledge across every skill set. From moto travel and camp cooking to first aid, navigation, and hands-on repair skills, every corner of the show offered practical takeaways and fresh inspiration.
- Incredible Rigs on Display. The Showcase & DIY Vehicle Area was a centerpiece, featuring builds like the Lostetters’ Toyota Tundra family camper, Mike & Deb Lee’s military-grade Stewart & Stevenson LMTV, Edmund Haemmerle’s Cybertruck camper with matching trailer, and Ine & Hans Korremans’ WOELCKE Runner R6 Sprinter.
- Hands-On Fun for All Ages. The RCX Overland Trail Course, a handcrafted RC off-road track, quickly became a family favorite. Meanwhile, RAM’s Ride & Drive gave attendees the chance to test their skills on a custom-built course and build confidence behind the wheel.
- 347 Exhibitors & Endless Gear. With rows of gear demos, show-exclusive discounts, modular kitchens, lithium power systems, and innovative shelters, exhibitors kept the crowd exploring all weekend. For brands, it was a chance to connect directly with engaged enthusiasts ready to shop.
- Loveland Vibes: Food, Music & Campfires. The Rockies backdrop made for a stunning venue. An expanded food truck lineup—from tacos to espresso—kept bellies full, while nights came alive at the Oasis Bar & Food Court, Camp Subaru LIVE!, and campfires that fueled conversation and connection.
- A Weekend Defined by Community. Whether you were a first-time visitor or a seasoned traveler, Mountain West was about people: swapping trail stories, offering tips, and forming lifelong connections.
