If my application is approved for media credentials at Overland Expo SoCal, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Event Access: I will receive free* entry to audit classes and programs. (*Note: Participation in premium/advanced driving and recovery classes is reserved for paying students due to limited space. Media access to these classes may be arranged upon approval from event management.)
Credential Allocation: I will receive one set of credentials per application. If I wish to bring a partner or spouse who is not working media, I must contact event management to purchase an additional pass for a nominal fee. Attempting to gain unauthorized entry for a guest as an “assistant” is strictly prohibited.
Liability Waiver: I am required to sign a Communicable Disease and General Liability Hold Harmless Waiver before entering the event.
Drone Policy: I will not fly a drone at any time on event premises. Drone use is strictly prohibited at all Overland Expo events.
Parking: Media must pay for onsite parking. The parking fee is $15 per day.
Camping: Onsite camping is not available.
Media Coverage Submission: I will provide Overland Expo management with links or copies of all published media coverage following the event.
Future Credential Eligibility: Failure to submit proof of published material within a reasonable timeframe may result in ineligibility for future media credentials.
Communications: I consent to receiving email announcements from Overland Expo and its parent company, Emerald X, LLC. (I may unsubscribe at any time.)
