If you are planning to sell retail Items directly to consumers at WEST, you MUST acquire an ADOR Transaction Privilege Tax license online. As the promoter of the event we are required to collect and give to the ADOR, a list of all vendors participating in our event, that will include contact info and license numbers. It is required that we ask each vendor their selling status, their license number if applicable, and report this to the ADOR.
