Shawn Parker is the Director of Sales Operations for Emerald’s Consumer Division, where she supports the teams behind Overland Expo by helping turn big ideas into well‑executed plans. With a focus on sales strategy, organization, and collaboration, Shawn works behind the scenes to ensure teams have the structure and insights they need to succeed.

Outside of work, Shawn is fueled by music, family, and creativity. A lifelong live‑music fan, she has sailed on The Rock Boat an impressive 19 times, combining her love of travel and unforgettable performances. When she’s not chasing the next great show, Shawn treasures time spent with her two grandchildren, along with family and friends.

At home, you’ll often find Shawn enjoying her favorite hobbies — quilting and cooking — both of which satisfy her love of creating something meaningful and sharing it with others. She’s never one to pass up a cold martini, and her ideal dinner isn’t a single entrée, but rather a great spread of hors d’oeuvres enjoyed at a relaxed table with good company.
