Got a rig that turns heads? Apply to showcase your custom vehicle or motorcycle in our DIY Showcase Area! A select few will be chosen by Overland Expo® to present a 50-minute “show and tell” session—your chance to share your build, your story, and your passion with the overlanding community.
QUALIFICATIONS & RULES
QUALIFICATIONS
- A personally built or customized vehicle or motorcycle you’re proud of and ready to show off.
- Must include a current link to at least one photo showing your vehicle or moto in its present condition.
- Vehicles and owners may not promote or sell products—no exceptions.
IF CHOSEN:
- You’ll be scheduled to give a 50-minute “show and tell” presentation, where you can walk attendees through your rig and the story behind your build.
- To participate, you must be willing and able to camp with your vehicle or motorcycle in the designated Showcase & DIY Vehicle Area. Plan to check in between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Thursday. For safety reasons, you’ll need to remain in place until you receive the official “all clear” from Overland Expo staff—typically around 3:30 PM on Sunday. Bonus: On-site camping is allowed through Monday morning, so you can relax and enjoy the full weekend experience.
- If your vehicle is accepted, you’ll receive one free Weekend Pass with Camping for yourself and one for a passenger (your guest must arrive and camp with you in your vehicle). This pass includes access to select activities throughout the weekend. Important: Weekend Passes with Camping often sell out—don’t wait to purchase tickets if you’re planning to attend. If your vehicle is accepted, we’ll refund the cost of your pass.
